The Heaselands Estate is a family run business specialising in residential and commercial rental properties. The portfolio is broad based ranging from large farm houses, garden cottages, and flats, through to commercial spaces including small storage units, a variety of office spaces and large light industrial buildings.
All properties are set in rural locations and based in between Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill in Mid Sussex. The Heaselands Estate is a large working dairy and arable farm and many of the commercial properties are refurbished farm buildings. There are some listed residential properties and almost all of the residential rentals have access to gardens, footpaths and bridleways. All properties are ideally situated with good access to public transport, schools and shops.
RESIDENTIAL
Our residential portfolio offers a wide choice of homes including cottages, large family homes, and a selection of flats in converted big houses. Most of the residential properties have access to gardens, footpaths and bridleways and are within easy reach of public transport schools, and shops.
